What we collect
From hosts: email, name and billing details. From guests: the name and phone number the host adds or the guest enters, the RSVP, party size, answers to questions and check-in time.
Why
Only to run the invitation: show it, collect replies and verify entry. We don't sell data or use guest numbers for marketing.
Who can see it
The host, their team and the gate staff they appoint, plus our technical providers (hosting, payments) as needed.
Retention
Free events: 30 days after the event. Paid events: 12 months. Then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email support@example.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
