QR entry: every guest welcomed by name at the door
Once a guest confirms, they get an entry pass in your invitation's colours and font, with their name, how many are coming with them, and their own QR. At the door, gate staff scan it from their phones: no paper lists, no queue at the entrance.
No sign-up to start • Free up to 50 guests
How it works
A pass for every confirmed guest
Issued automatically once a guest confirms, shown on their invitation page, and styled from your event page.
A link for gate staff
Send gate staff a link they open on their phones, with no app or account. Several staff can work several doors at once.
A scan takes a second
Staff scan the QR and see the guest's name, party size and your note about them if you wrote one. If a group arrives in parts, staff admit who's there and the rest come in later with the same code.
Works on weak internet
The scanner keeps the guest list and records entries offline, then syncs when the connection is back. A code that's been fully used can't be used again.
Walk through your guest's journey
From the message to the venue door in four taps.
A demo with sample names: nothing is sent or saved.
3. Their entry pass: Once they confirm, they get an entry pass in your invitation's colours with their name and party size. (Event Pass)

Questions
Do staff or guests need an app?
No. Staff open the gate link in their phone's browser, and guests show their pass from their invitation page or a saved image.
What if a guest forgets their phone?
Staff search their name or type their code and check them in by hand.
Can two people get in on one pass?
A pass admits only the number of people you allowed, and warns staff if it has already been used.
Does it suit conferences and official events?
Yes, with several gates and staff, and a live count of who has arrived.
